“Our country is protecting our sea and land borders with total respect to the international law” underlined Migration and Asylum Minister Notis Mitarachi responding to Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu post claiming that the Greek authorities attempted to burn migrants and refugees under the Europeans’ supervision.
Speaking to SKAI TV on Sunday, Mitarachi stated that “Turkey is an organised country and has no right it is rather its duty to intercept the illegal exits from its borders”.
Finally, he underlined that “Turkey has a huge opportunity to follow EU’s positive agenda, an agenda of compliance with its duties with exchange a better relation with Europe”.
