Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS) sources on Friday said that the Turkish oil and gas exploration vessel “ORUC REIS” has moved westwards, outside the specified NAVTEX area, and was currently located at the extreme southeastern edge of the Greek Flight Information Region (FIR).

There were adverse weather conditions prevailing in the area and the Turkish vessel’s movements were being monitored by the Greek Armed Forces, according to the same sources.
