The Greek public-sector staff union federation ADEDY has declared a 24-hour strike on Wednesday, November 14. The decision was taken during ADEDY’s annual nationwide meeting held on October 14 and 15 in the city of Ioannina.
Greece’s public servants are the oldest in Europe but are superior in quality to their peers in the region, according to public sector workers group ADEDY.
