Participation of voters in second round of local gov’t elections at 23.1 pct until 14.30

The participation of voters in the second round of the local government elections on Sunday reached 23.1 percent at 14:30 against 30.8 percent the previous Sunday (first round of the elections, Deputy Interior Minister Theodoros Livanios announced.
According to the ministry’s announcement, roughly 1,308,000 citizens from 80 percent of the polling stations have voted so far.
