Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will visit Thessaly, the central Greek region that was hard hit by the ‘Daniel’ weather phenomenon, on Sunday evening.

He is expected to make statements at 19:00.

On Monday he will visit Evros, NE Greece, and the region of Dadia forest. He will be present at the blessing of the start of the new year at the grade school in Palagia, which was destroyed by the recent fire. From there, the premier will travel to Alexandroupolis to meet with local government officials.
