Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras had a series of meetings with top European officials in Strasbourg on Tuesday.
After speaking at European Parliament, Tsipras met with the European Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, Pierre Moscovici.

The Greek prime minister discussed with the EU commissioner the course of the Greek economy after the country exited from its bailout last month. Moscovici highlighted the large difference between the regular bailout supervision of the country and the current reviews taking place, as performed in countries such as Portugal, Ireland and Cyprus.

The Greek premier also met with Udo Bullman, the leader of the Socialists and Democrats group in the European Parliament, Gabriele Zimmer, Chair of Confederal Group of the European United Left-Nordic Green Left, and Manfred Weber, the leader of the European People’s Party in the European Parliament.
