Greek state bonds prices fall, following positive Eurogroup decision on the country’s debt

Greek state bond yields fell on Friday as the market welcomed a Eurogroup decision on Greek debt relief. The 10-year bond yielded 4.11 pct, 20 basis points lower than Thursday, sinking to its lowest level since mid-May, while the five-year bond yielded 3.16 pct, down 25 basis points in the domestic electronic secondary bond market.

State bond yields also fell in Italy, although Eurozone bond yields moved generally higher on stronger-than-expected figures from the French economy.
