Interior Minister Niki Kerameus will visit Paris on Wednesday to take part, as its chair, in an OECD Global Strategy Group meeting, representing the Greek government.

The OECD Global Strategy Group is meeting on December 7-8 and is one of the top international fora for debate and the exchange of views, with the participation of high-ranked cadres from 38 OECD member-states, aiming at the deepening of cooperation between them, along with the development of common policies against problems of the international community.
This year’s meeting is to focus on the need to redesign public policies and fiscal programmes in the face of increasing new challenges.

During her visit to Paris, Kerameus will hold a series of meetings with OECD Secretary-General Mathias Cormann, the head of the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation Marco Daglio as well as the French Minister of Public Transformation and Service Stanislas Guerini. At the same time, she will participate in an event organised by the Greek Embassy where she will brief the Greek community on the postal vote bill.

Finally, she will visit the National Institute of Public Service and meet with its director, Maryvonne Le Brignonen. Kerameus will be accompanied by the Greek Ambassador to France and Monaco Dimitrios Zevelakis.

The Greek Ambassador to the OECD, Professor Giorgos Pagoulatos, will accompany the Greek minister to the Global Strategy Group 2023.
