Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on Thursday spoke on the phone with the Metropolitan of Nubia Savvas and was informed about the situation in Sudan.

The premier reassured the Metropolitan that the Greek state stands by the Greeks in Sudan and that it will do everything possible to assist and ensure their rescue, as soon as the security situation allows, in collaboration with other European countries.
