FM Dendias to take part in Cyprus, Greece, Israel trilateral meeting in Nicosia

Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias will on Friday take part take part in the Cyprus, Greece, Israel trilateral meeting in Nicosia.

Dendias and his counterparts from Cyprus, Constantinos Kombos, and Israel, Eli Cohen, will initially be received by the President of the Cyprus Republic Nikos Christodoulides.

Later, Dendias and his counterparts will participate in the trilateral meeting and after the end of the meeting they will make statements to the press (12:25 Nicosia time).

Afterwards, Dendias will have a bilateral meeting with the Israeli Foreign Minister, which will be followed by a working dinner of the foreign ministers of Greece and Cyprus.

Finally, Dendias will be received by the Archbishop of New Justiniana and All Cyprus Georgios.
The trilateral meeting will focus on the further enhancement of the close trilateral cooperation in various sectors, such as energy, addressing disasters and protection of the environment, the Greek Foreign Ministry said.

Additionally, the talks are expected to cover the international and regional developments, including the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East, as well as the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
