The newly appointed US Ambassador to Greece, George Tsunis, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou on Tuesday morning.
Immediately after the special ceremony held at the Presidential Mansion, Tsunis had a short conversation with President Sakellaropoulou to whom he said how moved he is that he is returning to his homeland.
He also referred to the place of origin of his family as well as in his special ties with Greece.
