A delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia accompanied by Saudi embassy representatives visited the ONEX Elefsis Shipyards on Wednesday (May 22).

Senior executives of the ONEX group held a presentation on the new era prospects of the shipyards as shaped by the addition of the new, state-of-the-art Panamax and Aframax docks at the shipyard.

The group officials also mentioned the upcoming investments that will lead to the creation of one of the largest shipbuilding, energy, and defense hubs in the Mediterranean region.

Also present were reprsentatives of the National Defense ministry and its General Directorate for Defense Investments, the chief of the Navy General Staff and President and CEO of ONEX Panos Xenokostas.
