The prime minister of Greece’s caretaker government, Ioannis Sarmas, on Monday sent a letter to the winner of the Turkish elections, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, congratulating him on his re-election as President of Turkiye and wishing the Turkish people peace and prosperity.
