The Special Court unanimously found guilty (13 members) both the former Minister of State Nikos Pappas over his handling in the tender process for television licenses in 2016 and the businessman Christos Kalogritsas who was tried as an accomplice facing charges related to breach of duty.
Nikos Pappas was convicted to a two-year sentence with a three-year probation while a 5,000-euro fine was imposed on Kalogritsas.
