Moria: 17 confirmed coronavirus cases in hotspot, Mitarachis says

According to Migration and Asylum Minister Notis Mitarachi, there are 17 confirmed coronavirus cases at the refugee and other asylum seekers’ hotspot in Moria, Lesvos, following the results of 1,600 samples out of a total of 2000 received from an National Public Health Organisation (NPHO) team over three days.

The refugees who test positive for the virus are placed in isolation in a special area, while the entire camp has been placed in quarantine since last Wednesday.
