New ministers sworn in at ceremony held in the presence of President Pavlopoulos




The new ministers joining the government following a mini cabinet reshuffle were sworn in at the presidential mansion on Thursday, taking a civilian oath of office in the presence of President of the Republic Prokopios Pavlopoulos and Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.

Yiannis Dragasakis, who remains vice president of the government, was sworn in as economy and development minister.
Dimitris Vitsas, who takes over the helm of the migration policy ministry, was replaced by Fotis Kouvelis as alternate defence minister.

Nassos Iliopoulos was sworn in as deputy labour, social insurance and social solidarity minister and Constantinos Stratis was sworn in deputy culture and sports minister.

SYRIZA MP Meropi Tzoufi was sworn in deputy education and religion minister.
