Germany restores Dublin Regulation for all countries except Greece




BERLIN (ANA-MPA/F. Karaviti) – Germany has started sending refugees who ask for asylum back to the European country from which they entered from, excluding Greece, the country’s Interior ministry said on Tuesday.

Speaking to journalists, the ministry’s spokesman said Germany has restored the Dublin Regulation for all countries of origin and for Syrian nationals, since October 21st. Last August, the government had temporarily suspended the implementation of the procedure for Syrians arriving to Germany.
