Deposits placed by the private sector decreased by 591 million euros in November 2022, compared with a decrease
The Greek state budget showed a primary surplus of 2.087 billion euros in the January-July period, up from a budget target for a surplus of 929 million euros, the Finance Ministry said on Tuesday, but down from a primary surplus of 3.024 billion euros in the same period last year.
Greece will auction a 12-month Treasury bill issue next Wednesday, the first such auction to be held since April 2010, in a move designed to gradually replace three-month T-bills in order to improve the yield curve in the Greek state securities market.
