Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades met France’s President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Thursday, for talks that also raised the issue of Turkish provocations.
Nicos Anastasiades: Cyprus will always be the most hospitable country for the French fleet
On his part, Anastasiades said that Cyprus will always be the most hospitable among the countries in terms of the French fleet and not only. “We have always been and continue to be a country of real stability and security in the region. We have helped remove the chemicals from Syria in the past, we have helped many crises in the Middle East, such as Lebanon, and we may need to re-contribute in this direction.
