ND responds to PM’s intention for snap elections: Greeks provided the solution with their vote

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras’ “crushing defeat forced him to declare his intention to proceed with snap national elections,” said New Democracy in a brief statement on Sunday night, following a poor showing of ruling SYRIZA in European Parliament elections in Greece.
“Greeks provided the solution with their vote, and will pave the way for a brighter Greece,” said the main opposition in its statement.
