Finance minstry examines an Asset Protection Scheme in its new bad loan reduction strategy

The government is examining the creation of an Asset Protection Scheme (APS), according to Finance Ministry officials.
The idea was put forth by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund. Officials added that the APS would be a small part of a total strategy for the reduction of bad loans.
