“European Commissioner Pierre Moscovici’s visit to Greece confirmed the final exit from the memoranda” (adjustment programs), government spokesman Dimitris Tzanakopoulos said on Wednesday at a press briefing.

“It is clear that Greece is entering a new era, free of constant and often absurd external pressure,” he added.

Moreover, he said that New Democracy is not interested in the Greek people’s living conditions, “it wants the reduction in their pensions,” he said.
