Mouzalas stresses the need for more effective controls in Turkey




More effective controls in Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon need to be carried out in order to address the problem of registration of refugees, Alternate Minister for Migration Policy Yiannis Mouzalas said at a press conference on Sunday.

Regarding the 25-year old owner of the Syrian passport, found on one of the terrorists who caused the massacre in Paris, Mouzalas explained that the identification procedure in Greece was carried out according to all the regulations and added that this person had crossed seven more countries but he was registered only in Greece, Serbia and Croatia.
