Η έκδοση αποτελεί τεστ του προγράμματος «αποδολαριοποίησης» που έθεσε φέτος σε εφαρμογή ο Vladimir Putin, αναφέρει ο δημοσιογράφος Leonid Bershidsky, του πρακτορειου Bloomberg.
