The leaders of Greece, Jordan and Cyprus relaunched contacts
The first trilateral summit of Greece, Cyprus and Jordan establishes the role of the three countries as pillars of stability, peace and security in the region, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras said on Tuesday during joint statements with Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and King Abdullah II of Jordan, after the conclusion of the summit.
Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is travelling to Nicosia on Tuesday where he will participate in the first trilateral summit meeting between Greece, Cyprus and Jordan.
Queen Rania, wife of King Abdullah II of Jordan, will visit Lesvos in the beginning of Holy Week at an invitation of the international humanitarian organization International Rescue Committee.
