Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen in Paphos, Cyprus, on Friday, before the start of the work of the MED9 Summit.

According to government sources, the priorities of the new European institutional cycle were discussed during the meeting, with an emphasis on the migration and EU competitiveness issues, which are on the agenda of the upcoming European Council Summit.
