Mitsotakis – Erdogan meeting in New York postponed

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ scheduled meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday afternoon has been postponed, according to government sources.

The meeting was delayed at Ankara s request, as President Erdogan is due to attend a gathering of Arab and Muslim leaders convened by US President Donald Trump.

Officials said efforts are under way to reschedule the talks in New York over the coming days.
