Kimberly Guilfoyle sworn in as US ambassador to Greece; embassy statement
Kimberly Guilfoyle was officially sworn in as the next US ambassador to Greece at the State Department in Washington, DC on Monday.
She is the first female US ambassador to serve as ambassador to Greece.
In a statement on Tuesday, the US embassy in Athens said, “We extend our warmest congratulations to Ambassador Guilfoyle and look forward to advancing US interests and strengthening our partnership with NATO Ally Greece under her leadership!”
