Greece-US energy cooperation and US investments in Greece dominate Mitsotakis-Brouillette’s meeting

The Greek-US energy cooperation dominated a meeting between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the US Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette on Thursday at the Maximos Mansion.
The Athens-Washington energy cooperation is one of the six priority areas of the Greece-US Strategic Dialogue.

The cooperation of the two countries in the field of energy is constantly strengthened and Greece is developing into a strong energy hub in the wider region.

During the meeting, they also discussed the prospect of further strengthening US energy investments in Greece, taking into account the actions of the Greek government for the continuous improvement of the investment climate in the country.

A full agreement was reached between the two sides on the continuation and deepening of Greek-US cooperation, as the two countries share a common vision for peace, stability and development in the wider region.
