The two countries can give an example of peaceful coexistence with respect to the international law, Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Katrougalos said in his joint statements with Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Antalya.
We decided to move on to the positive agenda, Katrougalos added.
We must overcome together the challenges we are facing and take advantage together of the opportunities in the region, said Cavusoglu.
In this context, he noted that “a part of the positive agenda is how to guarantee the respect to the international law, the de-escalation of tension in our region through the implementation of the agreed measures of trust by reviewing their better implementation.”
The Foreign Minister made clear that the measure of harmonious coexistence between states is provided by the international law.
