Turkey should be careful and abide by the international law, Alt. Defence Min Rigas says

“Turkey’s participation and intentions in terms of the energy field should be based on the existing international treaties and the international law” stated Alternate Defence Minister Panagiotis Rigas in an interview on Sunday with TV Open.
Turkey has raised the voices and has proceeded with actions that cross the line. Our neigbours should be careful and abide by the international treaties and laws. Turkey’s stance does not support its European course” he underlined and clarified that Greece is safe and the Greek armed forces protect the country from any questioning.
Referring to the extension of the territorial waters, Rigas stated “we seek to end the problems and to take advantage of our wealth resources. It is wrong not to complete things you have started. Our economy needs it. We want to finally settle these issues.
