New Democracy hits out at government over Rouvikonas incident at Austrian embassy

New Democracy criticised the government on Friday after anarchists Rouvikonas barged into the Austrian embassy in Athens.
The group threw flyers in opposition to a recent decision by the Austrian parliament to extend the eight-hour working day to twelve hours.
“Rouvikonas continues to enter and exit embassies unhindered, upgrading its action, as it now also barges into buildings,” said New Democracy in a statement.
“We realise that it is probably too much to ask for answers from the government but honestly we wonder whether it plans to do something about this or at least assume…the political responsibility for it,” it added.
