Greece has returned to normality within the eurozone, European Commissioner for Financial Affairs Pierre Moscovici said during his meeting with Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras on Tuesday at the Maximos Mansion.

“Greece is now a normal country in the eurozone,” Moscovici said, and “there is no other adjustment programme for Greece, there can’t be and there will not be,” he added, as Greece and the EU are turning the page.

PM Tsipras spoke of a historic change and underlined that the Greek people will start to feel the change day by day. He also noted that “the most important thing for Greece is that from now on, elected governments will have a right to select the means of achieving the targets they set.”
