Parliament passes bill establishing private universities in Greece

Lawmakers passed on Wednesday transport subsidies that will be provided to residents and businessed on the country’s islands.

The subsidy is expected to be applied on a pilot basis for a limited number of islands in the second half of the year before being extended to all Greek islands as of 2019.
