Greece’s absorption of EU funds a source of pride, says Regional Policy Commissioner

“Greece can be proud because it has the highest absorption rates of funds in 2014-2020,” EU Commissioner for Regional Policy Corina Cretu said on Wednesday responding to an intervention by the Vice-President of the European Parliament Dimitris Papadimoulis.
Cretu pointed out that this absorption was achieved thanks to the work of the Committee on Regional Development thanks to the Council and the Commission.
