Institutions and the Greek government to talk about fiscal, health, administrative issues

The Greek government’s deliberations with the heads of the institutions’ missions on Thursday will focus on fiscal issues, including changes in set real estate state values for tax purposes (“objective values”) and issues related to the health ministry and the administration restructuring ministry.

After the end of the talks on Wednesday, first day of the deliberations, a finance ministry official said he was “very pleased” with the talks at staff level, but noted that four or five difficult issues remained to be resolved. Greek officials and the staff-level missions discussed privatisations (including those of the transport ministry) and energy issues, and set the timetable for the coming period.
