FM Kotzias arrives in Skopje in a historic visit

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias arrived at FYROM on Thursday afternoon for an official two-day visit, in the first Greek aircraft to land at the International Airport of Skopje after 12 years.

Prior to the renaming of the airport, which made use of the name of Alexander the Great, Greek foreign ministers travelled to Skopje by car from Thessaloniki.
On Thursday night the foreign minister was scheduled to attend a working dinner by his FYROM counterpart Nikola Dimitrov.
On Friday morning the two ministers and their delegations will begin a new round of talks over the name issue, ahead of a United Nations-brokered round of talks on March 30 in Vienna.
