Tzanakopoulos: Samaras’ lawsuit ‘an unprecedented action and intervention in justice’s work’

Government spokesman Dimitris Tzanakopoulos, in an interview with Skai TV on Friday, criticised the lawsuit filed by former prime minister Antonis Samaras as “an unprecedented action and an intervention in justice’s work.”

“The way he refers to prosecutors could be interpreted as an attempt to manipulate, terrorise, and even blackmail Greek justice,” Tzanakopoulos noted.

The spokesman suggested that Samaras’ attitude reflects his “anxiety, panic and fear”.
