Greek budget primary surplus rises to 4.339 in Jan-Nov period




Greek budget showed a primary surplus of 4.339 billion euros in the January-November period compared to a surplus of 3.566 billion euros in the same period last year, and with a revised target of 2.652 billion, Finance ministry data showed.

The general government deficit came to 1.245 billion euros compared to a deficit of 1.827 billion euros in the same period last year and with a revised target for 2016 of 3,001 billion.

State budget net revenues totaled 41.030 billion euros in the eleven months of the year, down 1.363 billion euros or 3.2 percent from 2016 budget targets.
