Tsipras: Political forces are now mature for national dialogue




National dialogue on the major open national issues as well as on the social cohesion will launch the government, stated Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras in an interview to the Sunday edition of Ethnos newspaper.

The prime minister said that he will call all the political forces and the social entities to a national dialogue adding that the radical reforms need broader consensus noting that most political forces are mature for such a discussion.

Tsipras referred to the educations stressing that “we must proceed to a democratic and radical reforms at all levels while referring to the issue of the constitutional review he noted that “it is time for a broad and comprehensive reform that will be permanent and will strengthen and broaden the democratic institutions”.

On the terror attacks in Paris and on the refugees issue, Tsipras stressed that Greece, despite the crisis, is a safe country a country that promotes Europe’s human face. “An effective management of the refugees issue foresees that relocation refugees from Turkey directly to the European countries. This would drastically limit the human trafficking and the refugees’ deaths in the Aegean and for this reason there must be immediately an agreement between EU and Turkey.

Asked on SYRIZA MP and former government spokesman Gavriil Sakellaridis’ resignation, Tsipras said “I respect his decision although I can’t understand it but I must give him credit for handing over his parliamentary seat. It was very decent.
